Handle full set or partial accounts (depending on scope)
Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and on time
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing
Support preparation of financial statements and reports
Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other stakeholders when required
Assist with ad-hoc finance tasks as assigned
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
0–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Familiar with accounting software (e.g., SQL, SAP, Xero, QuickBooks) is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
