Job description

Sales & Account Management: Drive company sales targets, secure new business opportunities, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing corporate clients and buyers.

Production & Capacity Planning: Mastermind the Master Production Schedule and Material Requirements Planning to ensure manufacturing timelines align perfectly with incoming customer orders and forecasts.

Logistics & Delivery Coordination: Oversee inventory levels, lead times, and shipping schedules. Coordinate closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery while minimizing packaging and transit constraints.

Cross-Departmental Synchronization: Act as the primary link between Sales, Quality (QA/QC), and Production departments to prevent bottlenecks, resolve material shortages, and manage customer expectations.

Data-Driven Analysis: Analyze sales trends, demand forecasting data, and production capacities to provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
                    

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, demand planning, or production scheduling, preferably within a manufacturing or commercial industrial sector.

Technical Skills: Proficient with ERP/MRP planning systems and advanced data management tools (Excel, forecasting software). Strong understanding of supply chain flows and inventory control principles.

Soft Skills: Outstanding negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Exceptional organizational ability to handle multiple shifting priorities under pressure.

Languages: Excellent professional proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. The ability to speak and write in Mandarin/Chinese is highly advantageous for coordinating with regional suppliers and key clients.
