Who We‘re Looking For
*We welcome individuals and small teams who:
Have existing connections in the hospitality industry (hotels, resorts, F&B, serviced apartments, event venues)
*Are self-motivated and results-driven
*Possess strong communication and negotiation skills
*Are fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin
*Have own transport and are willing to travel within Malaysia
*Prior sales experience in hospitality, F&B, or hotel supplies is an advantage ― but not a must

Scope of Services:
As a Viridian Business Partner, you will:
*Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality sector
*Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, general managers, purchasing managers, housekeepers, and F&B managers
*Present Viridian‘s product portfolio to potential clients
*Prepare quotations and follow up on sales leads
*Coordinate with our operations team on order fulfilment and delivery
*Provide market feedback to help us continuously improve our offerings

Partnership Models

*Project-Based   -One-off deals (e.g., hotel renovation, new hotel opening) /High one-time commission
*Retainer Partner-Ongoing client relationships with repeat orders	Monthly retainer + recurring commission
