Job description

- Identify and approach potential customers and build strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Promote and sell lubricant oil products by presenting features, benefits, and applications, recommending solutions to meet customer needs, and achieving sales targets.
- Plan daily and weekly sales routes efficiently while monitoring market trends, competitor products, and pricing.
- Provide on-site technical advice, handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly, and coordinate with warehouse/logistics to ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, visits, and customer interactions, and prepare regular reports.
- Assist in product demonstrations, exhibitions, marketing events, and provide feedback to management on market trends and customer insights.
- Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and ethical sales practices, keeping up-to-date on product knowledge and new launches.
                    

Requirements

-Proven experience in B2B or field sales, preferably in automotive or industrial products, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
-Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer service practices.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
-Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
-Valid driving license and reliable transportation.
-Knowledge of lubricant products and automotive applications is a plus.
