Job description
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email marketing, and content marketing).
- Assist in developing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and support company growth.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify new opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Work closely with sales, design, and other teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Manage the company’s digital platforms including website and social media.
- Build relationships with media partners, bloggers, and influencers to increase brand exposure.
- Create basic marketing visuals and layouts using design software.
- Prepare simple reports on marketing activities and results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Interest in digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
- Creative, proactive, and willing to try new ideas.
- Willing to learn and stay updated with the latest marketing trends.
- Familiar with design software such as Photoshop or Illustrator is an added advantage.
- Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
