Job description

Conducting research and development activities to create new and improved aerosol formulations
Performing detailed chemical analyses and testing to ensure the quality and consistency of our products
Collaborating with the product development team to optimise manufacturing processes and procedures
Documenting and reporting on research findings, test results, and process improvements
Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in the chemistry and aerosol industries
Providing technical support and expertise to other departments as required
                    

Requirements

A bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chemist or in a similar role within the chemistry or aerosol industries
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and instruments, as well as data analysis software
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
A keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
