Job description

Assist in project planning, site visits, and coordination of consultants for KM and BP submissions.
Prepare, review, and monitor project documentation, authority submissions, and construction schedules.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, utility providers, and government authorities throughout project execution.
Monitor construction progress, site activities, contractor claims, and project milestones.
Support CCC compliance, inspections, and follow-up on corrective actions.
Track defect rectification and coordinate with QAQC teams and contractors to ensure timely completion.
Prepare project reports, maintain documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist with feasibility studies, design reviews, and post-project evaluations.

                    

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in property development, construction, consultancy, or project coordination.
Experience with KM/BP submissions, consultant and contractor coordination, CCC processes, site inspections, progress claims, and defect management is an advantage.
Strong coordination, communication, planning, documentation, scheduling, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving and follow-up ability. 
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
Able to support urgent project matters and coordinate with internal and external parties professionally.
