Job description
Perform daily accounting and administrative duties.
Handle data entry, invoicing, payment vouchers, and receipts.
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
Assist in bank reconciliations and monthly account closing.
Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
Organize and maintain proper filing of accounting and administrative documents.
Follow up on customer payments and supplier invoices.
Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams on administrative matters.
Assist in payroll, claims, and staff administrative records.
Support management with ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks.
Requirements
SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience with accounting software is an advantage.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
