Job description

Coordinate conveyor system projects from order confirmation to final commissioning.
Liaise with customers, suppliers, consultants, and internal departments to ensure project requirements are met.
Monitor project schedules, fabrication progress, material deliveries, installation activities, and testing & commissioning.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, drawings, reports, and progress updates.
Organize project meetings and prepare meeting minutes and action plans.
Track project costs, variation orders, and project milestones.
Coordinate site activities and ensure project completion within the agreed timeline.
Follow up on technical issues and support project engineers in resolving site matters.
Ensure compliance with safety requirements and company procedures.
Assist management in project planning, resource allocation, and customer communication.
                    

Requirements

✅ Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
✅ Experience in conveyor systems, material handling equipment, or industrial automation is an advantage.
✅ Good communication and coordination skills.
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project).
✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
✅ Willing to travel to customer sites when required.
