Job description
- Handle the end-to-end sales order process: ensure customer’s order is in place, generate Order Confirmation, Fabrication Instruction, Invoice (INV), Delivery Orders (DO) and all relevant sales and administrative documents.
- Coordinate sales and project implementation activities such as product demonstration, presentation, good delivery and receiving process, product training, installation, and customer onboarding.
- Provide excellent customer service support by attending to calls, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation: sales reports, agreements, contracts, and claims.
- Perform data entry and ensure proper filing and documentation management.
- Follow up on payment collections and outstanding invoices.
- Manage Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and related administrative tasks.
- Undertake other related duties as assigned by Management from time to time to support business operations
Requirements
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); experience with Auto Count tools is a plus.
- Independent, self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision. Proactive problem-solver who can handle issues quickly and efficiently.
