Job description

- Follow up orders on hand to ensure on time delivery for the products, equipment, documentation, safety and service support.
- To develop new products under the supervision of the subject experts. Learning opportunities provided
- Identify the technical issues for problem solving and plan the fabrication, delivery of product and servicing work in advance.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers and contractors for site visit, technical assessment and ensure high level of product and service delivery.
- To provide engineering/technical support for customers.
- To assist in preparing technical documents and reports.
- To demonstrate hand on skills for basic technical problems

                    

Requirements

- Minimum Certificate in any technical related field.
- Experience in fire alarm system, security alarm system, ELV, wireless system or related experience will be added advantage. 
- Initiative, self-motivated and energetic in personality.
