Job description
Key Responsibilities and Duties :-
• Oversee overall quality management, inspection, and control activities.
• Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and ISO-compliant systems.
• Lead internal audits, CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions), and customer complaint resolution.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, RBA, and WCA standards.
• Coordinate with production, assembly, tooling, and supply chain for quality improvements.
• Manage quality team, training, and performance evaluation
Requirements
Qualification / Knowledge / Skills Requirements :-
• Bachelor’s Degree in Quality, Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 8–12 years’ experience in quality management in manufacturing, preferably plastics or automotive.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, quality tools (FMEA, SPC, PPAP), and continuous improvement.
• Leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidate with Mandarin language proficiency are encourage to apply.
Authority :-
• Approve quality control plans, inspection protocols, and CAPA.
• Hire, train, and evaluate quality personnel.
• Make final decisions on product quality acceptance or rejection.
Working Condition :-
• Office and factory floor presence; exposure to manufacturing operations.
• May require overtime for audits, customer inspections, or urgent quality issues.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :-
• Achieve ≥98% first-pass quality yield.
• Reduce customer complaints by ≥10% per year.
• Ensure 100% internal and external audit compliance.
• Implement ≥3 quality improvement initiatives per year.
