Strategic Business Growth
• Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, customer segments, and revenue streams.
• Drive market expansion initiatives and establish strategic partnerships within the renewable energy ecosystem.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Sales & Revenue Management
• Lead business development activities to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting through contract closure.
• Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, contracts, and partnership agreements.
• Forecast sales performance and provide regular business updates to management.
Client & Stakeholder Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, government agencies, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
• Act as the primary contact for strategic accounts and major business opportunities.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with engineering, project, operations, and management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business development personnel where applicable.
• Foster collaboration across departments to support business objectives and customer requirements.
Reporting & Performance Management
• Track business development performance and present insights, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management.
• Analyze sales metrics, market data, and customer feedback to improve business strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
