Job description

Marketing & Campaign Planning:
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing property marketing campaigns, launches, and promotional activities.
Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and generate quality sales leads.
Coordinate marketing materials, advertisements, and campaign timelines to ensure effective execution.
Work closely with internal departments and external agencies to achieve marketing objectives.
Support the planning and execution of integrated online and offline marketing campaigns.
Property Launches & Events:
Coordinate and support property launches, roadshows, exhibitions, buyer events, and corporate functions.
Liaise with internal departments, agencies, media partners, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
Prepare event materials, registration lists, promotional items, and on-site arrangements.
Provide support to the sales team during marketing events and campaigns.
Assist in post-event reporting and performance evaluation.
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, buyer preferences, and emerging opportunities.
Monitor competitor activities, advertising trends, and market developments.
Prepare reports and provide recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and campaign performance.
Gather customer feedback and market insights to support future project planning.
Project Progress Updates & Content Creation:
Coordinate site visits and capture project progress updates through photography, videography, and drone footage.
Assist in preparing project update content for marketing, sales, and customer communication purposes.
Work closely with project and construction teams to ensure accurate project information is communicated.
Maintain a library of project photos, videos, and marketing assets.
Administrative & Reporting:
Maintain marketing databases, event records, and campaign documentation.
Track campaign performance and prepare periodic marketing reports.
Assist in managing marketing budgets, quotations, and vendor payments when required.
Ensure proper filing and record management of all marketing-related documents.

                    

Requirements

Education & Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Property Management, or related fields.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, property development, or related industries will be an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and project coordination abilities.
Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Good command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
