Job description

Develop interior design concepts, space planning, and design proposals for residential projects.
Prepare 2D drawings, layout plans, detailed drawings, and construction drawings.
Create 3D models and photorealistic renderings for design presentations.
Participate in the design and planning of Show Units, residential developments, and interior spaces.
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design requirements are met.
Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fittings that align with project concepts and objectives.
Ensure design quality, project timelines, and company standards are achieved.

                    

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related disciplines.
Proficient in SketchUp, V-Ray, AutoCAD, or other related design software.
Strong understanding of space planning, interior detailing, and design aesthetics.Ability to independently prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and presentation renderings.
Knowledge of construction drawings and practical design implementation.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn.
