Job description

Achieve agreed monthly and annual sales KPIs, revenue targets, and growth objectives.
Develop and execute Sales & Business Development strategies to drive lead generation, new customer acquisition, and business expansion.
Identify, source, and develop new dealers, partners, and business channels to expand market coverage.
Lead, manage, coach, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance, accountability, and engagement.
Work closely with the sales team to source warm leads, engage prospects, manage the sales pipeline, and successfully close deals.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and risks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients, dealers, partners, consultants, and internal teams.
Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead quality, branding presence, and campaign effectiveness.
Work cross-functionally with Operations and Finance to ensure smooth project handover, pricing alignment, and timely collections.
Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy; provide regular reporting and insights to senior management.
Ensure sales activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, professionalism, and results-driven performance within the sales team.
Coach and mentor team members to enhance selling skills, negotiation capability, and customer relationship management.
                    

Requirements

At least 3 years sales experience in the construction/ interior design industry;
Good in communication and public relation (PR) skills;
Confident and able to work in a fast-paced environment;
Able to quickly familiarize with the company’s product and services;
Good in planning, trouble shooting and negotiation
Possess own transport and willing to travel
