Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and organized Storekeeper to manage inventory, receive and issue materials, and maintain accurate stock records in our stainless steel manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will ensure efficient warehouse operations and support production requirements.
Key Responsibilities
: Receive, inspect, and record incoming stainless steel materials, components, and supplies.
: Store materials in designated locations and maintain proper organization of the warehouse.
: Issue raw materials, consumables, and tools to production personnel according to requirements.
: Monitor inventory levels and report low stock for replenishment.
: Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory transactions.
: Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory audits.
: Verify delivery orders, purchase orders, and related documentation.
: Ensure proper handling and storage of stainless steel materials to prevent damage.
: Maintain cleanliness, safety, and housekeeping standards in the store and warehouse area.
: Coordinate with purchasing, production, and logistics departments.
: Perform other warehouse and inventory-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Requirements
: Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
: Previous experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, or Inventory Controller is preferred.
: Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, inventory systems, or ERP software).
: Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
: Able to work independently and accurately.
: Physically fit and capable of handling materials when required.
: Forklift driving experience or certification is an advantage.
: Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented.
