- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination
- Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Maintain project reports, meeting records, and risk logs
- Support project execution to ensure smooth and timely delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good organisational, communication, and coordination skills
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
- Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently
