Job Responsibilities:
Handle Full Set Account independently
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, official receipts, and related documents
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain daily accounting records
Assist in monthly closing, yearly closing, and financial reporting
Assist in SST, E-Invoice, and other accounting-related matters
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
Liaise with internal departments and customers when necessary
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Diploma or relevant qualification in Accounting / Finance
Able to handle Full Set Account independently
Responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer skills
Experience with AutoCount Accounting will be an added advantage
Able to work independently and as part of a team
