Job description
• Sales Admin: Process sales orders, indoor packing, prepare quotations, and maintain updated customer databases.
• Accounts Support: Assist with bookkeeping, including data entry for Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), and managing invoices.
• Coordination: Liaise with the sales team to ensure timely delivery and follow up on outstanding payments from clients.
• Office Support: Handle general administrative tasks and documentation filing.
Requirements
• Proven experience in an administrative or basic accounting role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., SQL) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Good communication skills in Malay, English, and Chinese.
