- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommend suitable products to customers
- Achieve individual and outlet sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Ensure products are displayed neatly and outlet cleanliness is maintained
- Restock and arrange merchandise when needed
- Assist in stock counting and inventory management
- Promote ongoing promotions, campaigns, and membership programs
- Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases
- Support social media content creation, live sessions, or marketing activities when required
- Follow company SOPs and operational procedures
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, positive, and approachable personality
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of sales and product handling
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts
- Team player with good discipline and attitude
- Able to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Honest, responsible, and punctual
- Multilingual ability is an advantage (Bahasa Melayu / English)
- Comfortable appearing in social media content or live sessions
- Able to explain product details clearly to customers
