Job description

Participate in structured training and departmental rotation programs.
Support daily operational and administrative activities within assigned departments.
Assist in monitoring production efficiency, workflow, and operational performance.
Support continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
Coordinate with departments such as Production, Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, Purchasing, HR, and Planning.
Prepare reports, documentation, presentations, and operational records.
Learn company systems, manufacturing processes, and management practices.
Participate in projects and assignments assigned by supervisors and management. 
                    

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Material, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, and Manufacturing Engineering; Business; Marketing; Finance; Account; Human Resources; Supply Chain; or related fields.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Interested in manufacturing and production operations.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
