Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records.
Assist in recruitment activities including manpower planning, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
Coordinate staff performance appraisals with department heads.
Monitor employee attendance, leave entitlement, and medical claims.
Arrange payments for OT, allowances, and outstation claims.
Assist in compensation & benefits administration.
Support disciplinary and employee relations matters.
Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and HR procedures.
Liaise with local authorities and panel clinics when required.
Assist in organising employee training and development programs.
Support QMS/SOP maintenance and implementation.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with relevant HR experience will have an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality.
Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
