Job description
Assess clients’ physical condition, mobility, and limitations
Design personalized, low-impact exercise and rehab programs
Conduct safe training sessions focused on strength, balance, and flexibility
Monitor clients’ progress and adjust programs accordingly
Support clients with conditions such as Osteoarthritis, Back pain issue, and etc
Ensure proper exercise technique to prevent injury
Provide guidance on pain management, mobility, and daily function
Respond to emergencies and ensure client safety at all times
Maintain accurate client records and progress reports
Work closely with trainers or healthcare professionals when needed
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy, or related field
Experience working with older adults or Geriatric Rehabilitation preferred
Knowledge of common conditions (e.g. Osteoarthritis, Frozen shoulder, Torn ACL)
Ability to design safe, low-impact exercise & rehabilitation programs
Skilled in mobility, balance, and fall prevention training
Good communication skill, patient, and attentive personality
CPR & First Aid certified
Relevant work experience in rehab, clinics, or fitness settings preferred
