Job description

Execute daily production operations in accordance with process standards and production plans
Assign and coordinate tasks for team members to ensure smooth production flow
Monitor production processes, discipline, and product quality
Identify, resolve, and report production and on-site issues
Support production safety and 6S implementation
Handle the Execution Management System (EMS) data entry and prepare shift production reports
Train and guide team members on operational procedures and safety standards
Oversee equipment maintenance and inspections
Monitor team attendance and manage supplies
Assist in product quality analysis and improvement actions
                    

Requirements

Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification; Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Candidates with leadership experience will have an advantage
Willing to work 6 days per week
Able to commit to 12-hour shift work (Fixed OT)
Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
