Job description
Develop and implement the laboratory’s annual and monthly work plans, management systems, and standard operating procedures to ensure efficient operations.
Supervise, guide, and evaluate laboratory staff, organize training programs, and foster team development and motivation.
Oversee daily testing and analysis of raw materials and products, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and 6S laboratory management.
Manage calibration, maintenance, and procurement of laboratory instruments, equipment, and consumables; maintain equipment ledgers and participate in equipment acceptance.
Ensure laboratory safety, maintain infrastructure, and coordinate with auditors, clients, and third parties for certifications and system audits.
Maintain and update documentation, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement of laboratory processes and performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, major in metal materials, chemistry, mechanical-related fields
Five years or more of laboratory testing-related work experience, and two years or more of relevant management experience
Familiarity with relevant national industry standards and high-temperature alloy technology and manufacturing is an advantage.
Proficient in using office automation software,
Proficiency in the operation and management of Nadcap and CNAS systems is an advantage
