What do we need you to do?
-Manage and maintain relationships with assigned key accounts.
-Handle day-to-day customer communication and follow-ups.
-Track and manage the full sales cycle: RFQ, quotation, order, and project progress.
-Maintain sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
-Coordinate with internal teams (technical, service, operations) to ensure smooth execution.
-Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
-Prepare regular updates on customer status and business progress.
-Ad-hoc task assigned by superior from time to time.
-Possess at least Diploma or Degree background in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
-Possess own vehicle and willing to travel.
-Proficiency speaking in Mandarin as need to liaise with our mandarin speaking customers.
-Experience in B2B sales or Key Account Management (industrial / machinery preferred).
-Strong communication and relationship management skills.
-Basic negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
-Ability to manage projects independently and coordinate internally.
-High sense of ownership and execution capability.
