Job description
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation
Complete diary logs into inventory
Report any discrepancies
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
Requirements
Certificate or equivalent qualification in a related field
Proven working experience as a warehouse worker or similar role
Ability to operate a forklift safely and possess a valid forklift license
Basic computer literacy, including ability to use Microsoft Office such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with inventory systems and ability to perform data entry in warehouse management systems
Understanding of modern warehousing practices and methods
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a small team environment
Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy objects
