Job description

Support daily fleet operations by ensuring smooth communication between drivers, customers, and the operations team.
Maintain accurate GPS and TMS system updates to provide real-time visibility of transport activities.
Assist in monitoring and reporting fleet status to ensure compliance with operational standards.
Provide timely emergency support and escalation to minimize service disruptions.
Contribute to overall logistics efficiency by coordinating transport job inputs and updates.
Track vehicle movements in real time.
Ensure GPS data accuracy and update system records promptly.
Input transport jobs into the TMS system and validate updates and ensure job status is correctly reflected.
Act as the first point of contact for drivers.
Relay instructions, updates, and resolve operational queries.
Provide immediate support during breakdowns, delays, or accidents.
Escalate issues to supervisors and coordinate recovery actions.
Assist in scheduling and dispatching vehicles. Monitor fleet performance and report irregularities.
Respond to customer inquiries related to transport status and ensure timely updates and maintain service quality.
Prepare daily fleet status reports and maintain records for compliance and audit readiness.
Monitoring the CCTV and found any irregularity activity please report.
                    

Requirements

Basic or Advanced IT Knowledge in Software Microsoft Office
