- Assist in managing day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage and dispatch of goods
- Coordinate and liaise with Malaysian Customs authorities on regulatory and compliance matters
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stocks
- Ensure proper documentation for inbound and outbound shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Enforce health, safety and security procedures within the warehouse
- Support in staff training, scheduling and performance evaluation
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies, damages or operational issues
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters and internal departments
- Assist in implementing process improvements to increase efficiency
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations (supervisory role preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
