Job description
To receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials, equipment, and spare parts against Delivery Orders (DO) and Purchase Orders (PO)
To ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of materials in the store
To issue materials to project sites or departments based on approved requisition
To maintain accurate stock records, stock cards, and inventory system
To monitor stock levels and report low stock or shortages to Purchasing Department
To conduct periodic stock take and ensure inventory accuracy
To ensure proper handling and storage to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration
To coordinate with project team for material delivery and site requirements
To deliver and colect materials, equipment, or documents to/from project sites, supplier, or clients
To ensure al deliveries are completed on time and in good condition
To assist in loading and unloading of goods
To ensure proper documentation for deliveries (DO, acknowledgement, etc.)
To maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of company vehicle
To maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the store area
To record and report any damaged, expired, or non-conforming materials
Requirements
SPM/Diploma and/or 1–3 years experience in storekeeping/inventory
Valid GDL (Goods Driving License)
Basic HVAC/ACMV knowledge (advantage)
Computer literate (MS Office/inventory system)
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and accurate
Good communication skills and ability to work in team
Physically fit, responsible, disciplined, and able to handle loading/unloading task
