GL Expense Management: Record and track General Ledger expenses accurately to support our daily accounting.
Systematic Filing: Manage all physical and digital paperwork filing to ensure easy retrieval and a tidy workspace.
Data & Record Maintenance: Update internal databases, office records, and production-related documents.
General Administration: Assist with clerical duties such as scanning, photocopying, and preparing basic reports.
Process Innovation: Actively suggest ways to improve existing administrative workflows for better efficiency.
Operational Support: Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed to meet company goals.
Education: Minimum SPM or Diploma holder.
Skills: Good basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel and Word).
Independence: Ability to work independently and manage your own tasks effectively.
