Job description
1. Responsible monthly accounts closing and reporting including Bank Reconciliation, P&L Statement and Balance Sheet.
2. Responsible for financial analysis.
3. Handle daily finance operations, which includes but not limited to General Ledger, General Journals.
4. Liaise with external auditor, tax agent, corporate secretary and bankers in relation to annual audit.
5. Liaise with suppliers on invoice and payment matters.
6. Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and forecasting.
Requirements
1. Candidate must posses at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Account or any related course (ACCA qualification or currently pursuing ACCA will be added advantage).
2. Minimum 1-2 years experience in the related field, and candidate who have full set account experience will be an added advantage,
3. Detailed oriented with strong analytical skills, integrity, self-motivated with high degree of commitment to meet deadlines and objectives.
4. Independent & fast learner.
5. Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin will be added advantages)
6. 5.5 days work (Alternate Sat : 8.30am to 1.00pm)
7. Candidate who able to start working with short notice will have an added advantage.
