Troubleshoot IT issues (system, hardware, network)
Support and maintain servers, network, systems & infrastructure
Monitor system performance and ensure uptime
System implementation and Support
Perform data backup & assist recovery
Support business systems (AutoCount & internal/external systems, applications, website)
Assist in system improvements & digitalisation projects
Diploma or Degree in IT or related field
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience
Intermediate knowledge of networking & troubleshooting
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Responsible, disciplined, responsive and problem-solving mindset
Good communication with users
Able to work independently and under pressure
