Job description
・ System Installation & Setup: Install and configure software and hardware for hotel door locks, digital locks, smart home devices, safe boxes, and smart hotel systems.
・ Testing & Commissioning: Perform thorough testing and commissioning to ensure all systems function properly, securely, and according to project requirements.
・ Troubleshooting & Repair Attend project sites to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. Ensure minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
・ On-Site Support & Service: Provide professional on-site support to customers. Ensure issues are resolved promptly, and customer expectations are met.
・ Task Planning & Execution: Manage daily tasks independently, ensuring work is completed on time and according to standards.
・ Coordination & Communication: Work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth project execution and clear communication.
・ Quality & Professional Standards: Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
· Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field
· 2–5 years of relevant working experience (installation / maintenance / repair)
· Experience in electronic systems, locks, or smart systems is an advantage
· Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
· Willing to travel to project sites when required
