Job description

Conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance on air conditioning and refrigeration systems
Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with HVAC equipment and appliances
Repairing and replacing faulty components such as compressors, motors, and control systems
Installing new air conditioning and refrigeration units according to manufacturer specifications
Providing excellent customer service and technical support to clients
Maintaining detailed records of all work performed
Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
                    

Requirements

Formal qualifications in air conditioning and refrigeration, such as a certificate or diploma
Minimum 2 years of practical experience as an Aircond Technician or in a similar role
Strong technical skills and knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Knowledge of using mobile apps handle complaints.
