Job description

1. Site Coordination & Supervision
•	Oversee daily site activities and renovation progress
•	Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
•	Ensure all works are carried out according to drawings and specifications

2. Quality Control
•	Monitor workmanship and ensure high-quality finishing
•	Check carpentry, electrical, tiling, painting, and installation works
•	Identify defects early and ensure proper rectification

3. Progress & Timeline Management
•	Track project timeline and ensure milestones are met
•	Report site progress to director / design team
•	Anticipate delays and take action to resolve issues

4. Drawing & Design Coordination
•	Interpret construction drawings and communicate clearly to site team
•	Work closely with designers to ensure design intent is executed correctly
•	Highlight discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions

5. Problem Solving on Site
•	Handle unexpected issues (e.g. site conditions, technical conflicts)
•	Provide practical solutions quickly to avoid delays
•	Make on-site decisions when necessary (with approval if required)

6. Site Safety & Compliance
•	Ensure site safety practices are followed
•	Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
•	Ensure compliance with local renovation regulations

                    

Requirements

•	Minimum 2–3 years experience in renovation / interior fit-out supervision
•	Strong knowledge of:
o	Interior construction works
o	Carpentry detailing
o	Basic M&E (electrical & plumbing)
•	Able to read and understand construction drawings
•	Responsible, proactive, and able to manage multiple sites
•	Must be willing to travel between project sites
