Job description

1. Design Development
•	Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space planning proposals
•	Translate client requirements into practical and aesthetic design solutions
•	Produce 2D drawings, layout plans, and 3D visuals

2. Technical & Documentation
•	Prepare detailed drawings including:
o	Layout plans
o	Electrical & lighting plans
o	Carpentry detailing
•	Ensure accuracy and minimize errors in all submissions
•	Coordinate with team and contractors

3. Project Coordination
•	Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal team
•	Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is executed correctly
•	Identify and resolve site issues proactively

                    

Requirements

1. Minimum 1 years experience in interior design 

2. Strong understanding of space planning and renovation detailing

3. Proficient in:
•	AutoCAD
•	Basic rendering tools

4. Good knowledge of:
•	Materials and finishes
•	Construction methods
•	Local renovation practices

5.  Ability to work independently and in a team

6.  Responsible, organized, and able to meet deadlines
