Job description

1. Assist in preparing and attending to legal documents relating to sub-sale, project conveyancing and loan documentation from the
initial stage till the completion stage.
2. Able to liaise with bankers and relevant authorities in government departments with minimal supervision.
3. Monitor the progress of clients' files, to maintain and update file status on our operation system.
4. To handle legal documentations including perfection of charge, perfection of transfer and other conveyancing matters.
5. To administer files, maintain correspondences and documents in proper filing system.
                    

Requirements

1. Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
2. Experience in conveyancing work, with strong exposure to checking and submission of CKHT documents.
3. Able to multitask, highly committed and possess a strong sense of urgency in meeting deadlines.
4. Analytical, disciplined and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
5. Well-organised with good time management skills.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
