Job description

1.	Monitoring production output and schedule to fulfill customer’s demand.
2.	Supervise and schedule welder and operator daily activities as required to achieve production daily output target. 
3.	Coordinate with coordinator for production planning as per customer demand.
4.	To train welder for understanding of customer requirement 
5.	Involved in continues improvement activities.
6.	Monitor of daily consumable usage and stock and raised PR for purchasing if stock is low.
7.	To train and find correct method and technic of performing work. 
8.	To find a correct working method for new project development and work out with engineer for new work instruction.
9.	To improve and provide production fabrication cycle time to marketing on new project and monitor cycle time at production as recorded. 
10.	Monitoring of employee attendance and overtime plan. 
11.	To participate in New Product Development (NPI).
12.	Provide Support and recommendation solution of rework parts at customer site as required.
13.	Submission of daily report to superior. 
14.	Maintaining quality of product that been produce as per customer requirement.
15.	Maintaining preventive maintenance schedule on machine and equipment 
16.	Performing work safely by following safety and health regulation
17.	Ensure emergency activities been carry out properly 
18.	Reporting non-conformity to Superior 
19.	Adhere to company protocol as laid out in the Company Policy and Procedures.
20.	To be responsible at assigned each risk area for the management of particular risk.
21.	Maintain and responsible for 5’s practices in workplace.
22.	Others duties assigned by Superior and Management from time to time.
