Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp enquiries
Perform basic client screening (profile & loan needs)
Arrange appointments and follow-ups
Minimum SPM / Diploma and above
Age 20 – 35 (flexible)
Experience in admin / customer service / finance is an advantage
Basic English & Mandarin (Malay is a plus)
Basic salary + performance bonus
