Job description

Coordinates patient care at the clinic.
Dispenses medications to patients correctly based on doctor's prescription.
Assists in clinical procedures - Chaperoning doctors/Assisting doctors in clinical tasks such as dressing, blood taking, ECG and etc...
Drafts and submits panel claims accordingly.
Updates and documents medical care given to patients.
Follow up with patients: Send reminders to patients regarding their follow-up treatment and vaccination/medical check-up appointments.
Maintains good file-keeping and patient records.
Responds to patient inquiries and answers phone calls.
                    

Requirements

Previous working experience in clinic or hospital settings is preferred. 
Self-disciplined, mature, responsible, organized, and a team player with high integrity.
Willing to learn, and able to work independently.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in other dialects will be an added bonus.
