Job description

𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲:
- Lead Management: Filtering enquiries and leads to identify high-potential opportunities.
- Client Advocacy: Acting as the main contact point, engaging with customers from preliminary to completion
- Schematic Design: Conducting initial site visit and measurements to develop Furniture Layout Plans (FLP) and spatial planning.
- Creative Curation: Developing moodboards and setting the creative direction for our 3D rendering team.
- Material Expertise: Guiding clients through material selection to achieve the perfect look and feel.
- Commercial Documentation: Drafting detailed quotations and securing client sign-offs on all drawings, materials, and documentation.
- Technical Quality Control: Reviewing drawings from the technical team and obtaining final client confirmation before execution.
- Site Oversight: Partnering with site supervisor for weekly site inspections to ensure project quality and progress align with T2O’s standards.
                    

Requirements

𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗪𝗵𝗼:
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in Interior Design or Sales ID roles.
- Proactive Players: You don't just wait for things to happen; you engage with clients and solve problems before they arise.
- Growth Mindset: You are hungry to learn, improve your skills, and scale your career with a rapidly growing firm.
- Documentation & Reporting Oriented: We need someone who understands that precision is the key to a "hassle-free" renovation.
- Proactive Visual Reporting: You will be the client's eyes and ears on-site, managing the weekly site progress videos, photos and a report, that keep our homeowners informed and "well fed" with confidence.
- The "Paperwork Professional": You are responsible for securing final client sign-offs on all technical drawings, material selections, and documentation before a single hammer hits a nail
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term rapport in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
