Job description

Manage and grow key accounts (Modern Trade (Supermart/ Hypermart/ Chain Stores / Major Wholesalers)
Achieve sales, volume, and distribution targets
Negotiate trading terms, promotions, and product listings with customers
Plan and execute promotional activities
Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and trade spending
Prepare sales reports and forecasts
Work closely with internal teams
Perform other duties assigned by management

负责管理及开发重点客户(超市 / 大型超市 / 连锁店 / 代理商)
与客户洽谈促销及产品上架
执行促销活动(Promotion Activities Plan)
跟进销售表现及库存情况
准备销售报告并与团队配合
参与其他与Sales & Marketing部门相关活动

                    

Requirements

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Experience with Modern Trade / Key Retailers is an advantage
Strong negotiation and account management skills
Good analytical and planning skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Independent, results-driven, and proactive
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Must have own transport
Language : Mandarin, English, BM
