• Overall sales performance of the responsible country. • Build up new customer base and maintain existing accounts. • Managing a team of sales executives. • Accept assigned tasks • Recommend potential distributors, re-sellers and agents to Regional Sales Director. • Report to Regional Sales Director. • Research, feedback and analyse market information. • Understand customer requirements and formulate proposals with assistance of professional services team. • Attend and resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
