Job description
Identify and develop new business opportunities (residential & commercial)
Approach property managers, restaurants, hostels, offices & developers
Prepare quotations and follow up with potential clients
Build long-term relationships with customers
Work closely with marketing team to convert leads
Achieve monthly sales targets
Attend site visits when necessary
Prepare weekly sales reports
Requirements
Good communication & negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Possess own transport
Able to work in KL & Selangor
