1) Provide technical support to users for hardware,software,and network issues
2) Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers and other IT equipment
3) Troubleshoot system errors, connectivity issues, and application problems
4) Perform regular system updates,backups, and preventive maintenance
5) Monitor IT Systems and ensure security, data integrity, and performance
6) Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff or vendors when required
7) Assist in setting up new users, email accounts, and access permissions
1) Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
2) Candidates with relevant certifications or hands-on experience will be preferred.
