At Easyreno, a Senior Interior Designer is expected to take ownership beyond individual design tasks. You should be able to independently manage residential renovation projects from client requirements and design development through drawings, quotations, site execution and handover — while identifying risks early, managing expectations professionally and helping junior team members grow.

This role is suitable for experienced Interior Designers who are ready to be trusted with project outcomes, not only design output.

Responsibilities
Independently lead assigned residential renovation projects from Client → Design → Drawing → Vendor → Factory → Site → Handover.
Translate complex or unclear client requirements into practical, buildable and commercially sensible design solutions.
Develop and review space planning, design concepts, material selections and 3D presentations.
Prepare and review complete technical drawings, including layouts, elevations, ceiling plans, electrical / lighting plans and carpentry details.
Review quotations, Variation Orders and project documentation for scope, accuracy and consistency.
Manage client communication, expectations, timelines and follow-up professionally.
Handle normal client concerns and difficult conversations with maturity, while escalating major commercial or contractual matters when necessary.
Coordinate suppliers, vendors, carpentry / factory and site teams to ensure drawings and design intent are correctly executed.
Proactively monitor site progress, sequencing, workmanship and outstanding items.
Identify design, technical, coordination and buildability risks before they cause rework, delay or additional cost.
Take ownership of project commitments, deadlines and handover readiness without constant management follow-up.
Review junior designers’ work and provide practical guidance on design, drawings, site matters and client handling.
Support Interns and junior designers in developing stronger professional habits and project understanding.
Maintain clear and organised records, drawings, project documentation and follow-up actions.
Contribute ideas to improve Easyreno’s design standards, checklists, workflows and project delivery system.

工作内容
独立负责住宅装修项目完整流程：客户 → 设计 → 绘图 → 供应商 → 工厂 → 现场 → 交付
将复杂或不明确的客户需求，转化为实际可执行、具施工可行性及商业合理性的设计方案
负责及审核空间规划、设计概念、材料选择及 3D presentation
准备及审核完整技术图纸，包括平面图、立面图、天花图、电气 / 灯光图及木作细节图
审核报价、Variation Order 及项目文件，确保 scope、准确度及一致性
专业处理客户沟通、期望管理、timeline 及 follow-up
能够成熟处理一般客户疑虑及较困难的沟通，并在涉及重大商业或合约问题时及时升级
与供应商、vendor、木工 / 工厂及现场团队协调，确保图纸及设计意图正确落实
主动掌握现场进度、施工顺序、workmanship 及 outstanding items
在问题造成返工、延误或额外成本之前，提前发现设计、技术、协调及施工可行性风险
对项目承诺、deadline 及 handover readiness 负责，不需要 management 持续追问
审核 junior designer 的工作，并在设计、图纸、现场及客户处理方面给予实际指导
协助 Intern 及 junior designer 建立更成熟的专业习惯及项目理解
保持图纸、项目文件、记录及 follow-up action 清楚、有系统
主动提出改善 Easyreno 设计标准、checklist、workflow 及项目交付方式的建议
                    

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a related field.
Relevant industry experience is expected, but Senior level is determined by capability and ownership, not years of service alone.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5 and relevant rendering software.
Strong understanding of technical drawings, materials, carpentry, dimensions, buildability and site execution.
Able to independently manage normal residential renovation projects from design through handover.
Confident in communicating with clients, vendors, contractors and internal team members.
Able to manage expectations, priorities and difficult conversations professionally.
Strong attention to quotation, documentation and scope accuracy.
Proactive in identifying risks and solving issues before they become urgent.
Able to mentor junior designers and review their work constructively.
Organised, accountable and able to manage commitments without being chased.
Comfortable using AI and digital tools to improve planning, communication, checking, documentation and team productivity.

熟练使用 AutoCAD、SketchUp 及相关 Rendering 软件

能够独立负责一般住宅装修项目，从设计一路推进到交付
能够有信心地与客户、供应商、contractor 及内部团队沟通
能够专业处理客户期望、priority 及较困难的沟通
对报价、文件及 scope 准确度有良好敏感度
能够主动发现风险，并在问题变得紧急之前处理或升级
能够指导 junior designer，并建设性地审核他们的工作
做事有条理、有责任感，不需要别人持续追问进度
能够善用 AI 及数码工具提升规划、沟通、检查、文件整理及团队效率
