Job description
Role summary: Lead design delivery quality, ensure buildability, and mentor juniors while owning client experience for mid-to-high complexity projects.
1. Lead end-to-end design for multiple projects (concept → technical → handover).
2. Ensure drawings are accurate, buildable, and aligned with standard package specs.
3. Run client presentations, manage design changes, and control scope creep.
4. Coordinate closely with project/site team to resolve site issues quickly.
5. Mentor junior designers; review outputs, improve standards/templates.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or equivalent
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in residential/condo renovation projects
Proficient in AutoCAD + SketchUp; rendering and presentation skills preferred
