Job description

Role summary: Support the design team in drafting, 3D, sourcing, and site coordination while learning end-to-end condo renovation workflow.

1. Assist in mood boards, material selection, and sample organization.

2. Support 2D/3D work (basic space planning, 3D modeling, render edits).

3. Help prepare drawing sets, presentation decks, and client proposal files.

4. Attend site measurement / defect-check visits and compile notes/photos.

5. Update documentation (design changes, material schedules, checklists).
                    

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or equivalent
Proficient in AutoCAD + SketchUp; rendering and presentation skills preferred
