Job description

Role summary: Support the design team in drafting, 3D, sourcing, and site/factory coordination while learning end-to-end condo renovation workflow.

Assist in mood boards, material selection, and sample organization.
Support 2D/3D work (basic space planning, 3D modeling, render edits).
Help prepare drawing sets, presentation decks, and client proposal files.
Attend site measurement / defect-check visits and compile notes/photos.
Update documentation (design changes, material schedules, checklists).
